CEO, PT, CSCS
Dennis is the Founder and CEO of Premier Physical Therapy. Dennis is a graduate of Southwest Baptist University with a Master's degree in Physical Therapy. He has guest lectured on various orthopedic topics at Southeast Missouri State University, SIU Carbondale, and the CTC of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Dennis also has a degree in Dietetics from Missouri State University. He is married with 2 daughters and a son. When he is not treating patients, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and reading.
Donna is a graduate of the University of North Dakota with a B.S. in Occupational Therapy and a minor in Art in 1985. She interned at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. She became a Certified Hand Therapist six years later through the ASHT, in 1993. She has been with Premier Physical Therapy since day one in 2006.
Derek is a graduate of Southwest Baptist University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He also has a degree in Health Sciences from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is originally from Marquand, Missouri, and attended Meadow Heights High School. Derek graduated in May of 2015 and has moved back to his hometown area to begin his career as a Physical Therapist.
Chuck is a 1993 graduate of St. Louis University where he received a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. He also earned his Athletic Trainers Certification through the internship program through Southeast Missouri State University. Chuck has provided Physical Therapy, Industrial, and Sports Rehabilitation in the Southeast Missouri area for over 20 years. Additionally, he has provided Athletic Training services to local events and high schools including being the head Athletic Trainer at Charleston High School since 1998. Chuck lives in Jackson with his wife, Lori, and three sons, Chandler, Braeden, and Parker.
Kathleen "Kt" Biri
Kt is a graduate of Maryville University with a Bachelor's degree in Health Science and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Kt is originally from Jackson, Missouri, but has spent the past several years practicing physical therapy in Alaska and Georgia. Kt has recently moved back to Jackson, Missouri, and is happy to be near family and serving patients in Southeast Missouri.
Brandon is a 2016 graduate of the Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center with an Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant. He also graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science. Brandon was born and raised in the Cape Girardeau area and is a 2010 graduate of Notre Dame High School. He began working for Premier as a PTA in September of 2016. In his free time, Brandon likes to play sports with friends, go to sporting events, and cheer on his favorite teams.
Nick is a graduate of Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center with an Associate's degree in Physical Therapy. He also has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing Management from Southeast Missouri State University. Nick has lived in Cape Girardeau for 10 years and has been working at Premier Physical Therapy for over 3 years now. Nick is married to Teresa and is a proud father of Abigail and Andrew.
Brad is a graduate of Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center with an Associate's degree in Physical Therapy. He also has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Brad is a competitive cyclist, competing in mountain bike races across the region. He has one daughter, Sarah Ann. He proudly serves as a Therapist at Premier's Jackson location.
Kylie is from Leopold, Missouri, and graduated from Leopold High School in 2011. She completed the Physical Therapist Assistant program through the Career and Technology Center and is a 2014 graduate of Mineral Area College with an Associate’s degree in Applied Science. She has been with Premier Physical Therapy since 2011 and looks forward to starting her career with an awesome team!
Jon-Erik Kern is a PTA and graduated from St. Louis Community College-Meramec. He is married with a son and daughter. In his spare time and not with his family, he loves to go fishing, hiking, running, watching the Cardinals or Blues games and enjoying the outdoors.
Rebecca is a 2017 graduate of the Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center with an Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant. She also graduated from East Central College with a degree in Health Science in 2016. Rebecca grew up mainly in Rolla, Missouri, and moved to Cape Girardeau when she began the Physical Therapist Assistant program in 2016. Rebecca is a swing dance enthusiast who enjoys reading, being outdoors, and spending time with her friends and family.
Kelci is from Ohio County, Kentucky. She graduated with her Associate in Arts in May of 2014 from Owensboro Community and Technical College. She relocated to Missouri in 2015 and now resides in Jackson, Missouri, with her husband, Troy, and two boys, Cooper and Camdyn.
She graduated from the Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center with her Associate's degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant in August of 2017. She began her career with Premier Physical Therapy as a PTA in September 2017. Kelci is enthusiastic about being able to give back and help those in her community and excited to be a part of a team who creates a home away from home.
Kayla is from Cape Girardeau. Kayla is married to Eric, and they have one child named Alyssa. She attended the Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center in 2010 where she received her Medical Office Specialist Certification. She completed her internship with Premier Physical Therapy in January of 2011 and was hired on to their team in March of 2011. She plays many roles in the business. Kayla says she is blessed to be a part of a wonderful team who has become like family to her.
Kandiss Lineberry is happily married and has a wonderful, bright three-year-old son. When she is not at work, she is busy being a mother and wife, spending family time is an absolute priority for her as well as being an active member of her church! She is from Kennet, Missouri, but has lived in Advance for over 6 years. She is very happy to be a part of this thriving company and can't wait to grow with this growing company!
Kimberly is from Cape Girardeau, Missouri. She attended Jackson Senior High School, Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center, and Southeast Missouri State University. She also serves in the Army National Guard as an 88M. She does Internal Marketing along with Administrative duties and would be happy to help each and every patient!
Front Desk Coordinator
Lindsay is from Leopold, Missouri. She graduated from Leopold High School in 2015 and attended Southeast Missouri State University. She loves to spend time with friends and family and enjoys being outdoors. She started working at the Jackson clinic in August of 2017, but now is helping us in our Advance clinic. She is grateful to be a part of such a hard-working, caring team here at Premier Physical Therapy!
Front Desk Coordinator
Bridgett is from Millersville, Missouri, but has lived in Jackson for the last 6 years. She graduated from Jackson Senior High School and attended Southeast Missouri State University. Bridgett began working at Premier Physical Therapy as a Front Desk Coordinator in August of 2017. She likes to travel and spend time with friends in her free time, and she is involved in various ministries at her church. She loves the family atmosphere here at Premier and is excited to continue serving the community with our team!

Chelsey is happily married and has two daughters and one son. When she is not working, she likes spending time with her family. She is from New Hamburg, Missouri, but has lived in Scott City for the last 7 years. She started working at Premier Physical Therapy as the Front Desk Coordinator in our Cape Girardeau clinic in June of 2017. She is very thankful to be part of the Premier Physical Therapy team.
